Hi I’m 5’2 and 21 years old. In January 2013 I weighed my highest at 152 lb. I started eating healthy and exercising in March and I am down to 115 lb. I lost about 40 lb and went from a size 6 to 0. I love my new body and I’m so happy I never gave up!

The first image (181lbs) was taken back in February of this year (2013), and the second was taken just a few months later in October (152 lbs).
About three years ago, senior year of high school/freshmen year of college, my doctor told me I weighed 210 lbs. I never hated my body, but I wasn’t overly thrilled with it either, so I suppose I can see how I just put my weight out of mind, and in turn it gradually increased. After getting rid of some major stress points in my life, I decided to begin weight watchers along with working out, hoping that would help.
I managed to drop down to 182 lbs, and then I got lazy. I ended weight watchers and for a whole year I maintained that 182. That is until the fall when I went to visit my boyfriend for a couple of weeks. Being with him was like being ></div><div style=

all done by eating everything i wanted, just counting calories using myfitnesspal and eating 90% clean 90% of the time.

I started losing weight by counting calories. I wasn’t eating healthy food or even making an effort to do that. I just limited the amount of calories that was going into my body. Technology eludes me at times and my phone didn’t let me attach my blog to my photo earlier so I’m resubmitting a new view!

It’s amazing to see photos of myself like this, because there are alot of times that i look myself in the mirror and i feel as if i have not lost any weight and i look the exact same. That ive “made no progress”

i dont weigh myself anymore. A number is just a number and i havent weighed myself in months. The right was taken while i was UPPING calories. Im still adding more in to reach my goals. Its been a while since ive taken a new progress picture. Ive been waiting to see some major changes first :)
